Robert Lennon held his first paid conducting position at just fifteen, leading a Lancashire brass band. Since then, he has gone on to conduct many of the UK’s leading ensembles, including brass bands, wind orchestras, chamber groups, opera companies, choirs, and full symphony orchestras.
He is widely regarded as a conductor of exceptional versatility and insight—known not only for expressive musical interpretation but for his ability to develop and elevate every ensemble he works with. His background as an educator informs a uniquely collaborative and empowering approach on the podium.






Robert has conducted a wide range of repertoire, including the foundational works of the Classical and Romantic eras, as well as major 20th-century compositions by Debussy, Stravinsky, Webern, and Ligeti.
